Randy is thrilled to put his design and customer service skills to work in the sign manufacturing business. He currently creates signage of all types, sizes, and styles. Sign types include all custom signs, exterior and interior signs, building signs, digital display signs, vehicle graphics and wraps, posters, banners, point of sale display signs, trade show displays, banner and posters to name a few. While the majority of his work is within the Northern Front Range of Colorado, he also ventures into places from coast to coast. Randy brings the added value of great customer service to the sign industry. His moto is to create exceptional signs and graphics that are customized to be individually expressive and effective for each customer.

Maka Hammock is a business partner with Randy and they started the business together 10 years ago. She became more involved in the day to day operations after her retirement in nursing. She served Veterans as a VA Nurse for 23 years and is a Retired Army Nurse after serving 22 years in the U.S. Army Nurse Corp. Her focus and interest in the business is to develop opportunities in designing bike trail signage and park/open space signage for municipalities.

With a strong background in both project management and hands-on sign production, Gunter brings a well-rounded skill set to every project. As a Project Manager at e3 Signs, he ensures each job runs smoothly from concept to completion – coordinating timelines, managing client expectations, and keeping everything on track. Gunter is also actively involved in installation and fabrication, bringing valuable on-the-ground experience to the planning process. His technical knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail ensures a seamless connection between clients and the work happening at the shop.

Ethan is a Project Manager with knowledge in both design and production. With over 10 years of experience in Graphic Design and the sign industry. Ethan graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts and a concentration in graphic design. He has become very familiar with sign design and specializes in all formats of sign creation.

Kevin is e3 Signs Graphic Artist Extraordinaire! He drives graphic design, production and installations. Kevin makes sure its all happening all at once. Great sense of humor and ready to journey with you on your design adventure.
